Who we are

I’m not here to tell you who to be or what to do. My job is to help you get quiet enough to hear what you already know and brave enough to trust it.

I’m Christina - a life coach, intuitive guide, and someone who has done the hard work of starting over. Again and again.

As a Japanese-American and ex-Mormon, I know what it’s like to untangle your identity from the beliefs and communities that once defined you. I’ve navigated divorce and keeping a child alive during an almost devastating mental health crisis. I’ve asked the questions that feel too scary to say out loud. And I’ve rebuilt - not back to who I was, but into someone more honest and more whole.

That experience is the foundation of everything I do. I use a blend of practical coaching and somatic tools not because they’re trendy but because they work - especially when you’re navigating something that logic alone can’t solve.

If you’re in the middle of a transition that has shaken you to your core, I’d love to talk.

How I Work

I don’t arrive with a roadmap for your life. What I bring is a deep belief that you already have everything you need - the wisdom, the instincts, the knowing. What gets in the way is usually noise. Old stories. Other people or society’s expectations. The voice you learned to quiet in order to survive.

My job is to hear yourself again.

Whether working through a coaching session, pulling cards or making a SoulCollage® card together, the work is always the same underneath: helping you get clear on what’s true for you, finding the courage to move toward it.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who are in the middle of something - a transition, a loss, a quiet crisis that doesn’t have a name yet. People who’ve outgrown something and aren’t sure what comes next. People who are done living a life that was handed to them and are ready to build one that actually fits.

If that’s YOU, I’d love to talk.
